How do you change the lugs on a car with disc brakes?

i was driving my 88 honda accord lx-i 4dr and as i was making the first left turn, my front-passenger side wheel flew off the car. all 4 of the lugs broke off. if anyone knows how i could change them, i'd greatly appreciate it.

If they are broken. simply remove the caliper and then the rotor

use a large drift punch just a little smaller than the stud and drive them out. Turn the rotor over and drive the new ones in. Listen to the sound, when they are all the way in the sound will be more of a ring and there will not be any gap between the stud and rotor

right now i don't know
Knock out the stubs of the old ones with a punch. put the new ones in from the back and pound them into place with a punch until they are firmly seated. put your wheels on and torque to specs, recheck tightness every day for a week. They are not threaded into the hub they are pressed in.
