I have 98 Dodge Neon, coupe.
I replaced the pads and rotors today, and put %26quot;new to me%26quot; tires on it, since they had better thread then my previous ones.
Now there is a weird whooshing noise on my passenger side, front of the car..
It sounds almost like a belt, but i'm wondering if it could be of any relevance to the brake changes and such this morning.
I am going on vacation this weekend coming, need the car to not give me any troubles.
Car is making whooshing noise, front passenger side just have new tires and brakes?
It's probably the wheel barrings.. those cars have that problem.

i would double check the mounting bolts on the calipers. maybe something is not full in place and is rubbing on something it shouldnt be. i would deffitly pop that wheel off and double check your work (if you did it your self ofcourse) cause last thing you want is to ruin and new pair of pads and rotors that you just put on!
also if posible swap your front left tire with your front right tire and see if that will change the sound, cause obviosly if the song were to move with the tire then its the tire's fault haha
good luck!
