Detailed directions to changing rear brake disks on 2003 Accord EX?

Can anyone provide detailed directions to changing rear brake disks on a 2003 Accord EX. What I found on the web wasn't descriptive enough and the pictures provided didn't look like the brakes on my car. This would be the first time I attempt something of the sort, hence the need for accurate details.

Thanks!

Your driving a nice pretty expensive Long Lasting vehicle, do NOT mess with the brakes, go to a local brakes place like Lentz or something, buy the guys a pop and have them install everything, watch them do it through the windows ask them to explain a little bit of what they are doing, THEN if you feel confident enough pick up a Chilton manual so you can do it yourself next time, pay the little extra money for experience, brakes arent an air filter or changing the oil, they need to be perfect. It's a good idea to get the chiltons manual anyways because it will help you understand your vehicle more than you know, also you have a honda, these cars are not built to be played with by the owners, they are made to last with only small routine maintenance, but seriously dont mess around with ur brakes if you've never done it before

NO! Do not attempt this unless you have a Chilton's or Haynes Manual that you can buy from the auto parts store for about $20.

If you are asking this question, that probably means you have little or no experience. DON'T MESS WITH YOUR BRAKES WITHOUT A MANUAL.

Anyone that tells you otherwise is being irresponsible.
