take your car to Pepboys and have them examine your brakes. Most of the time, they'll perform the inspection for free.

Bad master cylinder.

The line pressure relief valve is not working.

Bad rebuild?
the booster is defective
proportional valve, dealer item or brake shop.
If the lines have any air or water in them anywhere, (brake fluid agsorbs water) they'll expand as soon as they get warm. Bleed out all the fluid and replace it.
Teah you can take them and have checked for free, could be warped rotors or the bracket could be causing the problem. Just had same thing happen on integra, rotors and brakes and cyclinder was changed come to find out the bracket was misaligned causing the brakes to get cherry red. Hope this helps
Even with the limited info that you provide I will answer.

When you remove the master cylinder , you will notice a small rod that actuates the master protruding from the brake booster. Remove this rod by simply pulling it out. Then inspect the rod to see if it is adjustable(screw threads), if it is then make it a little shorter, if not check for a bent brake pedal bracket

in the vehicle

Somewhere along the vehicles life the distance from the brake pedal pivot to the master cylinder has been compromised
