i hav 2006 seanna minivan and it has about 35000 km on it. shud i change the brake pads and the rotors? or should i wait more?

Look at the pads and see how warn they are and go from there.

Don't fix it if it isn't broke. As advised before, check the thickness of the pads by removing the wheels and looking through the inspection holes in the calipers.
you are probably still good depending on the type of driving you do but I think I would have them checked just to make sure how much longer you can go.
