A Question on replacing brakes pad on a 2002 Ford F-150?

I have years of experience changing brakes in older cars, but never changed brakes with 4 disc brakes and ABS. Is there any special tool or procedure I have to use or do to change pads on my truck?

nope... On these the rear parking brakes are another set of brakes under the rotors (Usually you hear of special tools needed to do rear disc brakes, this truck doesn't need them)

But nope, no different ways to do it, except I'd recommend lubing the slides (pull them mostly out of the boot and apply slide lube made for brakes)... most forget this step and I find the brakes eat away quicker on abs vehicles if not done..
