I have changed brakes once before on a friends car. Is there anything special to watch out for on a volvo? Any general brake changing suggestions?

take the cap off the reservoir, slowly get the piston down and slip them in. if the brakes are tight in there, watch out they will pop out.

As pushing the brake pistons back the bleed valves should be released to avoid damaging the ABS,brakes to bleed after replacements.
