The answer is yes, you may consider using scrap parts from a similar car with disc brakes. You will probably need to change the handbrake cables also.

Yes there's more than one kit available to do it on my jeep.
What kind of vehicle? PST and stainless steel brakes have several vehicle specific kits. They are only two of many companies that sell brake kits.
