If the brake Lights turn on in your car?
Since the light is on, it is very easy for a mechanic to hook up to your car with a scanner and get a general idea of the problem your cars computer has found in the brake system. take it back to whoever did your brake job. most likely they made a mistake on something and are required by law to fix it for free.

Then you should take your car in and get the brakes fixed
probly a leak. get it checked out plz
sounds like a blown line or bad master cylinder, even a bad wheel cylinder....you will need a pro to troubleshoot it,and fix it properly.this is one area it doesnt pay to take shortcuts.
It sounds like you have either a leaking brake caliper, or piston seal, or a bad master cylinder. Look at the reservoir for your brake fluid. If the base of the master cylinder (the thing that the reservoir is on) is all wet looking, its the master cylinder. One way or the other, you should take it in to have it fixed.
